Fruity sorbet

One of my favorite desserts and sorbets. E 'in good health, low in calories and a wonderful end to a delicious dinner. I like my, how do I do what in him. The sorbet is very versatile as any other frozen fruit, fresh fruit, you may prefer. I like to make a great game andfreeze for future meals or snacks. Frozen pineapple, peaches and berries are excellent. Fresh fruit that I like in a separate set of potassium in bananas.

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh fruit

1 cup frozen fruit

2 tablespoons frozen juice of your choice

3 tablespoons of xylitol or stevia (great for the regulation of blood sugar)

1 teaspoon cinnamon (opt)

Add all ingredients slowly in the mixer at high speed and give until smooth. When the mixturetoo thick, add ½ cup of fruit juice. Emptying and a plastic container and freeze with. Where shares a sorbet from the freezer in the microwave for thirty seconds. Serve immediately and watch all ooh and aah! If you are just itching for a cookie, why not try, English tea biscuits. These delicious cookie / cracker has very little sugar and makes a truly great accompaniment to the sherbet.
