Our ice cream is made with 100% natural products. Contains no preservatives, gelatin or hydrogenated fats. We use only organic sugar cane and "Japanese's" fat content varies between zero and 8% and is derived from natural milk and nuts. A2, we use only organic milk and organic, we want to use fresh fruit.
