Frédéric de Villeneuve from Ghyslain Chocolatier is finishing prep on his Yuzu and Berry Mille-Feuille (Puff pastry layered with yuzu cream and fresh berries decorated with a coconut yuzu tuile and pineapple macaroon served with homemade mango sorbet). The dessert topped off an incredible meal at French Lick Resort's Culinary Champions event.
