Our gelato is made from 100% natural products. It does not contain preservatives, gelatine or hydrogenated fats. We only use organic cane sugar and "giapo's" fat content varies between zero to 8% and it comes from dairy and natural nuts. We only use A2 organic Milk and we also prefer using organic fresh fruit.
